The deck must never be drawn in haste. Place it upon wood or stone – never metal – so the Realms may breathe through it.

Attune the Deck

Hold it over smoke or beneath moonlight. Whisper your true name into it once. the cards will remember.

The Breath of Binding

Shuffle slowly, breathing in for the living Realms (Flame, Tide, Vein, Whisper) and out fot the Shadow.

This aligns will with the spiral of the Tree.
