Town of Xavier

Xavier is a sprawling metropolis characterized by towering, oppressive architecture, heavily guarded streets, and a persuasive atmosphere of control and surveillance. Its skyline is dominated by monolith government buildings, with neighborhoods segregated by strict social hierarchies.

Xavier was founded decades ago on the ashes of a fractured nation torn apart by conflict. Originally a modest trading hub, it rose to prominence when a charismatic yet ruthless leader, General Varkon, seized power amid chaos and economic collapse. Promising stability and order, Varkon established a totalitarian regime rooted in extreme nationalism, militarism, and racial/ethic supremacy.

Over time, the government implemented policies of repression against perceived enemies- ethnic minorities, political dissidents, and anyone who challenged the regime. Propaganda became a ubiquitous tool to maintain control, fostering an environment of fear and conformity.

The town’s infrastructure reflects its oppressive nature: surveillance towers monitor every street corner, propaganda billboards plaster building facades, and neighborhoods are segregated by race, class, and political loyalty. The ruling elite live in fortified districts, while the majority of citizens endure harsh living conditions under strict regulations.

Where governance is rooted in ancient, oppressive ideologies, the ruling regime employs a blend of archaic beliefs and authoritarian principles to maintain control. Xavier’s footprint is a dystopian nightmare – an oppressive, decaying, and heavily surveilled metropolis that embodies the regime’s brutal control. Its architecture and atmosphere evoke a sense of despair, decay, and authoritarian dominance, where ancient symbols of power are twisted into tools of repression, and the landscape reflects the suffering and hopelessness of its inhabitants.
